‘Spaceship Earth’ TV Series Based on EPCOT Ride Gets Disney+ Pilot Order

Disney Plus has ordered a pilot for 'Spaceship Earth,' a new series inspired by the classic EPCOT theme park attraction. Jason Fuchs is serving as showrunner and executive producer, joined by director and producer Lee Toland Krieger, whose credits include 'You,' 'Riverdale,' and 'Shadow and Bone.' Michael Waldon is also executive producing under his Anomaly Pictures banner, according to Variety.
