Spokane wildfire arson suspect waited for dry, windy day to start blaze, police say

Police in Spokane say Aaron Farinacci is accused of setting the Old Trails Fire, the largest of three blazes that have destroyed hundreds of buildings around the city, and that he waited for a dry, windy day before starting it, BBC News reports. Authorities have not detailed a motive.
