A look at 'Operation Country Roads,' West Virginia's ICE operation

An ICE operation called Operation Country Roads arrested six hundred immigrants over two weeks earlier this year, NPR reports. Most of those detained had no criminal records. West Virginia has since decided not to hold ICE detainees in its jails.
