A Victorian bushwalker fell to his death on Tasmania's Federation Peak while attempting the climb as part of his bucket list, according to ABC News. He had reportedly turned back with his companions before the fall. A coroner has since issued warnings about the dangers of the peak, known as one of Australia's most difficult bushwalking routes.
