Primary schools to be told to identify children at risk of future unemployment

The Guardian reports that a government review into youth joblessness will recommend primary schools in England identify children at risk of leaving education at 16 without finding a job. Alan Milburn, leading the review, is calling for sweeping changes to education policy and the benefits system to address Britain's youth unemployment crisis.
