Colombia on the brink: ELN guerrilla group prepares for return to war

Colombia's newly inaugurated president, Abelardo de la Espriella, is vowing a new military offensive. The Guardian reports that the country's last leftwing rebel group, the National Liberation Army, or ELN, is preparing to fight back from hidden jungle positions, setting up camps while taking precautions against government drones.
