Luca Guadagnino to Receive Cartier Glory to the Filmmaker Award at Venice Film Festival

Italian director Luca Guadagnino will receive the Cartier Glory to the Filmmaker Award at this year's Venice Film Festival, Variety reports, for his original contributions to contemporary cinema. He's also premiering a seven-hour documentary about filmmaker Bernardo Bertolucci, titled 'Joie de Vivre,' at the festival.
