Jail for training officer who pushed woman with intellectual disability, causing knee injuries

A training officer in Singapore has been jailed after pushing a woman with an intellectual disability, fracturing her knee, Channel NewsAsia reports. The officer acted out of anger that the victim had not followed instructions.
