Spain has given Italy two days to lift border checks on Spanish travelers, Euronews reports, following migrant pressure at Ceuta. Spain argues the checks breach Schengen, the agreement enabling border-free travel across much of Europe. If Italy doesn't comply, Spain will pursue proportionate measures.
