Pope Leo XIV to meet survivors of clerical abuse during September visit to France

The Vatican confirmed Friday that Pope Leo XIV will visit France from September twenty-fifth through the twenty-eighth, marking the first papal state visit to the country since two thousand eight. During the four-day trip, the pontiff plans to meet privately with survivors of clerical sexual abuse.
