Rwanda in talks with Italy to take in migrants trying to reach EU

RFI reports that Rwanda has confirmed it's in talks with the Italian government about hosting migrant reception centers outside the European Union. The move comes days after Italy proposed establishing a network of such centers beyond EU borders.
