Reflecting Pool liner was cut with a sharp knife or razor, National Park Service says

According to NPR News, the National Park Service says someone cut the liner at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool with a sharp knife or razor this month. The damage affected the foam sealant installed as part of a sixteen million dollar rehabilitation project.
