Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey,' starring Matt Damon as Odysseus, has surpassed one billion dollars in global box office sales just three weeks after its release, according to Variety. The epic earned four hundred twenty-nine point six five million dollars domestically and five hundred seventy-eight point eight million dollars internationally. It's Nolan's first theatrical release since two thousand twelve's 'The Dark Knight Rises.'
