Fifty-six sets of remains were found decomposing in unrefrigerated, deplorable conditions at a Chicago funeral home, according to The Guardian. The home was run by a couple who had previously operated a crematory shut down for the same reason — mishandling remains. Illinois officials have suspended the license of one of the funeral home's directors as the investigation continues.
