Union calls for robust review of OBR over fears it holds back economic growth

The Trades Union Congress is calling on Chancellor John Healey to conduct a comprehensive review of the Office for Budget Responsibility, saying the economic watchdog's forecasting approach is holding back investment. As the government pursues growth across the country, the TUC wants this examination to be part of Healey's first budget in late October.
