Russian missile strikes killed three people, including a child, in the Kyiv region on Saturday, according to local authorities, as an air raid alert sounded over the Ukrainian capital. France 24 reports the attack came hours after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Belgrade for a landmark visit to Serbia, a country with close ties to Moscow.
