US pledges $1bn support to Colombia as Trump-backed president sworn in

The United States is pledging one billion dollars to Colombia as a new president is sworn in and promises a crackdown on drug trafficking. BBC World reports that Abelardo de la Espriella, in his inaugural address, pledged an 'all-out war' on what he calls narco-terrorism.
