Junkbin, a Way to Efficiently Reuse Your Old Electronics

Most of us have a junk drawer somewhere—circuit boards and broken electronics we're certain we'll repurpose eventually. Per Hackaday, Junkbin.io is a community database that aims to make that actually happen: it lets makers document what components are hidden in old devices, then search for exactly what they need for their next project. The platform is still early, but the creator's betting that community contributions will be key to building it out.
