Emerging Italian director Giovanni Tortorici is in competition at the Locarno Film Festival, Variety reports, with his second feature, 'Ketticè,' a coming-of-age drama set in twenty twelve Palermo. His debut, 'Diciannove,' made waves last year after premiering in Venice's Horizons section. In 'Ketticè,' Monica Bellucci plays an eccentric aristocratic matron—among the film's few professional actors—in a project produced by filmmaker Luca Guadagnino.
