12-year-old girl dies after Thailand school shooting, bringing death toll to at least 8

A fourteen-year-old shooter opened fire at Debsirin Nonthaburi School in Nonthaburi province, just northwest of Bangkok, on Friday morning, PBS NewsHour reports. The gunman appears to have taken his own life after the attack. The death toll has since risen to at least eight, including a twelve-year-old girl who died of her injuries in the days that followed.
