Pakistan's Supreme Court on Saturday dismissed a social welfare agent's consumer protection complaint, per Dawn, ruling he didn't qualify as a consumer—since he was a BISP payment-distribution service provider. The court nonetheless directed BISP to conduct an investigation and grant him a hearing within forty five days, providing administrative recourse even after the legal dismissal.
