New rental bond scheme starts today in NSW, but only in select suburbs

New South Wales has introduced a portable rental bond system that allows renters to transfer their security bonds between properties. ABC News reports it launches today with a twenty-five dollar fee for renters who use the online service, though the rollout is currently limited to select suburbs.
