GitHub Models is now retired

GitHub Models is retired, per Simon Willison's Weblog. The service offered unified access to multiple LLM providers through GitHub Actions, using your existing GitHub API key. GitHub provided no public explanation for the shutdown, but Willison has migrated to OpenAI's API.
