PM asks justice secretary to find way to keep PC Harper's killers in jail

The Prime Minister has asked the justice secretary to find a way to keep two of PC Harper's killers from being released early under a prisoner release scheme. According to BBC News, Andy Burnham is confident a solution can be found to exclude them from the scheme.
