Man fled Singapore on fishing boat to avoid jail, caught at Changi Airport more than 20 years later

Tan Khi Wie, a Singapore man who fled the country by fishing boat to avoid jail, has been caught at Changi Airport more than twenty years later. Per Channel NewsAsia, he had repeatedly returned to Singapore using fake Indonesian passports under the false name Ken Srona.
