Mortal Shell 2 will let you lower its difficulty by making executions refill your health, or up the challenge by turning off the sun

Per Rock Paper Shotgun, Mortal Shell 2—the upcoming Soulslike from Cold Symmetry—ditches traditional difficulty modes for a toolkit of special items that let you adjust the challenge to your preference. Want to make enemy executions restore your health? You can enable that. Prefer a tougher experience? Turn off the sun instead. It's difficulty as a set of customizable modifiers rather than fixed presets.
