Knicks face LeBron, 76ers in NBA opening slate

ESPN reports the NBA announced its opening schedule. The season kicks off October twentieth with a tripleheader featuring the Knicks, LeBron James's team, and the seventy-sixers. The league also scheduled games for Christmas Day and Martin Luther King Junior Day.
