Rock Paper Shotgun is reporting that Knytt, a freeware platformer from two thousand six, has been re-released on Steam as Knytt Classic. The free game, originally created by solo developer Nifflas, has players gathering parts for a crashed spaceship in a tranquil, atmospheric setting. Bit Kid, the developer behind Wolfhound, created the pixel-perfect port with Nifflas' blessing. The game remains free, staying true to its original freeware roots.
