Ukrainian writer Anna Melikova and director Isabelle Stever, who are married, are premiering their film 'I Rarely Wake Up Dreaming' at the Locarno Film Festival. It's their second collaboration after 'Grand Jeté,' which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in twenty twenty-two. As Melikova puts it, the reality of Ukraine's war changed their plans, but the film reached the festival anyway.
