Phys.org reports that Karevo has developed an AI optical recognition system that sorts up to ten tons of potatoes per hour with ninety-five percent accuracy. The startup's founder took a distinctive path to the innovation: from working on a potato farm through technical studies at the Technical University of Munich before launching his company.
