Turkey condems Colombia's support for Israeli Golan Heights occupation

Colombia has recognized Israeli sovereignty over the occupied Golan Heights—a decision that drew swift condemnation. Turkey's foreign affairs ministry said it strongly opposes legitimizing what it calls Israeli occupation of Syrian territory. Middle East Eye reports that several regional powers, including Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Palestine, also condemned Colombia's move.
