Bondi shooting hero Ahmed al Ahmed cleared of assault charges

Ahmed al Ahmed, who disarmed one of the gunmen during the Bondi Beach massacre, has had assault charges against him dropped, The Guardian reports. He'd been accused of putting his father in a headlock in March and intimidation connected to an alleged June incident. Al Ahmed has maintained his innocence.
