New orchid park, family-friendly facilities proposed as part of expanded Istana Park

Singapore's National Parks Board is studying plans to expand Istana Park with a new orchid garden and family-friendly facilities, Channel NewsAsia reports. The project would merge the adjacent Dhoby Ghaut Green with the current park and potentially add an elevated bridge link to Fort Canning Park.
