More than sixteen thousand Ukrainian civilians detained during Russia's invasion remain held, according to the UN. Euronews reports the UN also found that over ninety-five percent of Ukrainian prisoners of war and eighty-five percent of civilian detainees have faced torture or ill-treatment, often repeatedly.
