sqlite-utils 4.2.1

Per Simon Willison, sqlite-utils version four point two point one is now available, fixing a crash in the previous release. The bug stemmed from a missing dependency: the code imported typing-extensions, but it wasn't declared as a direct dependency—it had only been installed indirectly through dev packages. When users ran the tool via uvx, which bypasses those dev dependencies, it crashed. Willison also implemented an isolated smoke test to prevent similar misses in the future.
