According to CNBC, American couple Cassandra Tresl and Alex Ninman took an unconventional route to homeownership. After leaving the United States and settling first in the Czech Republic in twenty twenty, they purchased a home in Abruzzo, Italy, in twenty twenty-two. Their price? Just thirteen thousand dollars.
