Venezuela: Survivors say rescue effort too slow

According to the United Nations, nearly seven million people may have been affected by twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela this week. The death toll is approaching one thousand, with tens of thousands still missing. Around two million residents of the capital, Caracas, were among those impacted.
