Fifth Circuit reaffirms death row inmate Brittany Holberg’s conviction

A federal appeals court has reaffirmed the conviction of Texas death row inmate Brittany Holberg, according to The Texas Tribune. The decision comes after a three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit had reversed her sentence back in twenty twenty-five, but Friday's split ruling lets the district court's decision to affirm her conviction stand.
