Palestinian families in three homes in Qusra, near Nablus in the occupied West Bank, say they've been cut off from food and other supplies since Israeli settlers laid siege to the properties on Sunday. France 24 reports the Israeli military has not intervened to remove the settlers, with correspondent Noga Tarnopolsky framing it as a sign of fractures within Israeli politics.
