Four people have died from flash floods in Kentucky, governor says

Heavy thunderstorms have caused flash flooding across Kentucky and Indiana, killing four people. Governor Andy Beshear confirmed the deaths, saying three victims were from Madison County and one from Jackson County. According to The Guardian, the storms brought as much as seven inches of rain to the region, with additional rainfall possible. Governor Beshear called for prayers for the families affected by this tragedy.
