England labour past Panama to qualify for last 32 as group winners

England qualified for the World Cup's last thirty-two as Group L winners, according to BBC Sport. Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane scored in a two-nil victory over Panama, sending Thomas Tuchel's side through atop the group.
