France's Léon Marchand wins first European title in front of home crowd

Léon Marchand has achieved a milestone at home. Per France 24, the four-time Olympic champion claimed his first European title by winning the two hundred meter butterfly final at the European Championships in Paris. On the same day, fellow French swimmer Mary-Ambre Moluh won the one hundred meter backstroke, setting a new European record.
