Venezuelans left frustrated by lack of goverment response as earthquake death toll rises

According to France 24, twin earthquakes struck Venezuela's La Guaira state on Saturday, killing at least one thousand four hundred thirty people. Rescue workers and civilians continue searching through rubble with shovels and heavy equipment.
