Minnesota sues Abbott to force extradition of ICE agent accused of shooting Venezuelan man

Minnesota is suing Texas Governor Greg Abbott to force the extradition of Christian Castro, an ICE agent accused of shooting a Venezuelan man. According to The Texas Tribune, Castro faces charges of assault and lying about the circumstances of the January fourteenth shooting, and was arrested in Cameron County in May.
