British man arrested in Ecuador after woman’s body found in suitcase in Colombia

The Guardian reports that a British man, Matthew Ashley Foster-Smith from Dorset, has been arrested in Ecuador in connection with the death of Natalia Villalba. The thirty-six-year-old woman's body was found in a suitcase in Colombia. Authorities allege Foster-Smith caused her death at an apartment in Bogotá's Chicó neighborhood.
