Nedeljkovic joins Rangers from Aston Villa

Twenty-year-old Serbian defender Kosta Nedeljkovic is joining Rangers on a season-long loan from Aston Villa. Per BBC Sport, the deal includes a conditional obligation for the Ibrox club to eventually purchase the player.
