Coal and gas giants spend tens of millions on school and kids' sport programs

According to a new report covered by ABC News, coal and gas giants including Santos, B.H.P., and Woodside have established an extensive presence in Australian schools and children's sports programs through more than two hundred sixty initiatives. The report has prompted senators to call for a senate inquiry into classroom programs and educational materials written or sponsored by the fossil fuel industry.
