U.K. Ratings Body Used AI for First Time to Classify HBO Max’s Entire Library

According to Variety, the British Board of Film Classification deployed a custom-built AI tool to classify HBO Max's entire catalogue ahead of its UK launch earlier this year. In its annual report, the BBFC revealed this was the first time it had used artificial intelligence to support the classification of a library at this scale.
