London mayor to override opposition to outdoor dining in Soho next summer

According to The Guardian, London's mayor Sadiq Khan plans to override local council opposition to outdoor dining in Soho. Starting from twenty twenty-seven, restaurants in the city's entertainment district will be allowed to place seating outside during warmer months, despite longstanding local resistance to the scheme.
