Zimbabwe ferry disaster under scrutiny as death toll rises to 94

The death toll from a ferry disaster in Zimbabwe has risen to ninety-four, according to police, following the recovery of two more bodies on Tuesday. Local Government Minister Daniel Garwe says the sinking resulted from human error and negligence by the boat's captain. An investigation into the incident has been launched, France 24 reports.
